Another small pastel from the four I did late afternoon in and around Tower Bridge last Monday. This one again is St. Catherine DockI imagine this plaza is heaving with people on a sunny summer Saturday, but on a chilly early evening weekday the place was almost deserted.
It was dull and damp, but the clouds started to break up a bit so I was able to reflect that in the sky with just a hint of blue coming through.
