I had to shelter in a wood until the rain had cleared, and then I was able to do this brief sketch - 12"x9" in pastel from a hilltop on the Gog Magog hills near Cambridge in tehe UK. It was a strange, soft kind of light, at about 7pm. Sun quite low and just off to the right, coming towards me.
